Happy Bloody Friday! I'm back! Madeira was lovely. Happy Birthdays go out to Messers Jimi Hendrix who is 66 today, and Bruce Lee who is 68.

Happy Bloody Friday!

As mentioned before; Apologies for HBF's absence the past fortnight - a week respite in Madeira was called for. The island was lovely, the weather less so.

We shall return next week - business as usual. From tomorrow, it's 5 Fridays until Christmas Day!

Happy Bloody Friday! Happy November, and to any Finns - happy Swedishness day...whatever that is! Today is officially the end of Autumn and the start of winter. It is also (almost) 20 years since the fall of the Berlin wall.

This week's Quiz For A Pint - in the cartoon Peanuts, what was the name of Snoopy's owner? Last week's QFAP - a solider or sniper would wear a ghillie suit - it's one of those camouflage outfits covered in plants and foliage.
