Happy Bloody Friday! Also a happy Mole Day (the chemistry type, not the brown lumps not fuzzy underground animals), and a happy 50th birthday to 'Weird Al' Yankovic!

This week's Quiz For A... what's the difference in millilitres between a UK and a US ...Pint? Last week's - hamburgers were first made in Hamburg, Germany!

Apparently Nick Griffin bought a tent from Millets but returned it straight away. He said there were just too many fucking Poles!

    Interesting that you mention Mole Day. I remember it from when I took chemistry in high school. The students taking enriched chemistry in my school celebrated it on October 23rd (10/23). The students taking college prep chemistry (like me) celebrated it on June 2nd (6/2).

    Understandable - the actual number is 6.02×10(to the power of 23) - hence 23rd/Oct. Doesn't quite work in the UK though, as in our date format we use dd/mm/yy. R
